Free Shipping

Free shipping only applies to orders within the Netherlands. Your order will be shipped using our standard shipping method.

All orders shipped to the Netherlands will be delivered the next business day if ordered before 5pm.

Standard Shipping

All orders will be shipped using PostNL.

Please be sure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may delay your order. Delays may also occur as a result of pending payment verifications or customs clearance.

In some cases, your local customs office may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared. During these instances, the estimated delivery time may be extend.

All orders shipped to the Netherlands will be delivered the next business day if ordered before 5pm.

International Shipping

Orders placed before 17:00 am Monday - Friday (CET +1) using our standard shipping method will be processed within 3 business day.

Free shipping can be applied to orders that meet the following minimum amount, excluding discounted, sale and print products. Your order will be shipped using our economy shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you the tracking information.

To check the status of your shipment, please visit your account by clicking the head icon on the upper right. Login to view the status of your order.

You can also visit the courier service's official website (PostNL) and enter your tracking number to check the status of your shipment.

Delivery Times

All orders shipped to the Netherlands will be delivered the next business day if ordered before 5pm.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and busy periods. If you do not receive a tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment, please kindly contact our customer service for more information.

Please be informed that in some cases your local customs office may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared. During these instances, the estimated delivery time may be affected.

Import Taxes & Duties

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Untitled Clothing. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Customs & Regulations

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

Returns

Return Policy

We accept returns for up to 14 days!
Returns made within 14 days from receiving your order will be refunded in your original form of payment. The Returns shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Our Returns & Exchange Process

  • Regular priced items must be in new/original condition with all tags and packaging attached.
  • Orders must be shipped out within 14 days from receiving your case number.
  • Processing returns may take up to 14 business days upon receival.
  • We do not refund shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees associated with your order.
  • Return packages are your responsibility until it is received by us.
  • It is recommended that you take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.
  • Store Credits and Gift Cards are non-refundable.
  • Upon dispute, Untitled Clothing reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.

Sale Items

We do not accept returns on sale items, all sales on sale items are final.

Incorrect item, missing item or faulty item

As a valued customer, please contact us if any product you receive is defective, missing and/or incorrect. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving of shipment. We will do our very best to resolve your case in a timely manner.
